Adjusting the layout

Ok today i mostly spent my time tweaking the hospital bed and finilising it such as adding the minor details. As i am working from an original image i want my render to replicate the same view point shown in the image I am replicating. Even though I have the camera locked off in its location it is still interesting to play around with another camera to try to find another suitable camera angle.
